Hartsy Designs is a luxury wedding stationery and signage studio based in Evans, Georgia. We create bespoke invitation suites, day-of paper goods, and large-format signage for weddings across the Southeast — and we're looking for a detail-obsessed assistant to join us in the studio.

This is a hands-on production role. No design experience needed — just steady hands, a sharp eye, and a genuine love for beautiful, well-made things. Day-to-day tasks include:

• Assembling multi-piece invitation suites with precision and care
• Counting, sorting, and organizing printed card orders by quantity
• Stamping envelopes and applying wax seals
• Attaching envelope liners and belly bands
• Tying ribbon and finishing embellishments on suites and signage
• Packing and preparing completed orders for delivery or shipment
• Keeping the studio organized and production-ready between projects
• Assisting with sample prep and styled display builds
