We begin with the core pieces, then build from there with the details that make your suite feel complete.

What’s Included

  • Most suites include the main invitation, an RSVP card, a details card, and the envelope elements that bring everything together. Our invitation packages include an inner envelope and liner, along with an outer envelope with printed guest addressing and return address. From there, the suite can be expanded with additions like belly bands, wraps, ribbon, wax seals, tassels, pins, specialty papers, and specialty printing such as letterpress, embossing, sculpted emboss, foil, or full-color printing.

  • The suite can also extend into a fuller wedding paper story. Matching save the dates, day-of stationery, signage, and other coordinated pieces help the design carry through the celebration in a way that feels connected from start to finish.

What to Expect

A custom invitation suite should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our process keeps the experience personal while giving you a clear sense of what happens next. We work directly with couples, and we are happy to collaborate with wedding planners when that is the best fit for the project.

  • The process begins with your inquiry, and we send a proposal within three days. Once your date is secured with a retainer, we move into creative direction and gather the wording and guest addressing information needed for the suite. A design call is available if helpful. From there, we refine through proofing until everything is approved, then move into production and final delivery or pick-up. For couples who want a more complete finish, White Glove Assembly is available so suites arrive ready to mail.

  • Invitation suites begin at $1,500, with most clients typically spending between $2,500 and $6,000+ depending on scope, materials, printing method, and finishing details. 

    We are based in the Evans / Augusta, Georgia area, with local pick-up available, but we also offer nationwide shipping.

  • For wedding invitations, we recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months before the wedding date so there is enough room for design, revisions, production, and mailing. We typically begin active invitation work about six months before the wedding. If your timeline is shorter, it is still worth reaching out to ask about availability.

  • Yes! We love collaborating with planners and coordinators and work with several regularly. We are planner-friendly and will communicate with your planner directly if preferred. Or work cohesively with both the planner and the couple! 

  • The suite is fully custom, which means the design is developed around your wedding’s aesthetic, tone, and details rather than adjusted from a standard format. The exact level of detail depends on the project scope, materials, and printing selections.

  • Yes. We can extend the invitation design into matching save the dates, day-of stationery, signage, and other coordinated pieces so the paper details feel connected throughout the celebration.

  • After you reach out, we send a proposal within three days. Once booked, we guide you through the invitation process, from creative direction and proofing through production and delivery.

  • Absolutely β€” items can be added during the design process before your final invoice is due. We typically request the final invoice be paid two weeks before your ship by date. 

  • Yes! We offer digital envelope addressing and return address printing with all of our invitation packages. We send a PDF proof of all addresses for your review before printing.
