There's an ease to this property that's difficult to describe until you've experienced it in person. What stands out
One of my favorite things about Oldfield Club is how the day can evolve without individual spaces feeling disconnected from one another.
The River Club is perfect for ceremonies and formal dinners thanks to its view of the Okatie River, while the Outfitters Center provides a totally different atmosphere for cocktails or dancing later in the evening. For larger celebrations, having those distinct spaces allows each part of the wedding experience have its own personality while telling a cohesive story.

One of the property's biggest differentiators is its overnight experience. With seven thoughtfully designed guest suites on-site, Orange Grove lends itself beautifully to full wedding weekends. Whether you're planning a welcome gathering the night before, a leisurely morning getting ready, or brunch before everyone heads home, having your closest family and friends stay together creates a completely different rhythm than a traditional one-day celebration.

If you're planning between June and September, I'd encourage you to think through guest comfort just as carefully as your design. Shade, hydration stations, fans, and a thoughtful ceremony timeline can make a tremendous difference.

If you're hoping to marry during spring or fall, I'd begin touring venues at least 12 to 18 months in advance. Those seasons are consistently the most popular, and many of the area's most sought-after venues host a limited number of weddings each year.
